Hello everyone,

Many of you may know me as the Group Managing Director of Hong Leong Industries, but that is only one part of my journey.

For more than three decades, I have had the privilege of helping build and grow businesses across industries, from automotive and manufacturing to technology. My journey began on the production floor, and over the years it has taken me through every layer of the business, from operations and engineering to strategy and leadership.

Along the way, one lesson has remained constant. Companies are not defined by products or profits alone, but by the people behind them.

I believe that a company is defined by its people and the contributions they make towards a common goal.

This belief continues to guide how I lead today. Whether it is shaping trusted brands like Hong Leong Yamaha Motor, driving growth across our group companies, or sharing industry insights with the next generation.

My life’s work has always been about connecting education, industry, and innovation. Turning experience into knowledge, and knowledge into opportunities for others.

It is also the foundation of my F.I.T. philosophy.
